We invest in scalable tech startups in seed stage with business models that can grow as fast as its impact, the entrepreneurs can be world wide but must be willing to establish a holding company in Mexico, Colombia or the United States.

Our startups develops and applies advanced technologies as AI, Big Data Analytics IoT, Robotics and BlockChain as a catalyst for impact and sustainable development.

We mostly lead seed round investing $30K - $120K USD and up to $1M USD for a follow on, we prefer convertible notes but we have flexibility for other instruments specifically for structured exits.

We're located in México City, MXm San Francisco, CA and Medellín, CO.
