CogniFocus is still early-stage and founder-led, so we are not hiring a large team yet. The company is currently focused on building and improving the Android app, growing the user base, and preparing the product for wider launch. Future roles will likely be remote-first and focused on people who enjoy building practical consumer products with personality. The main areas we expect to need help with are: - Mobile app development - Angular / Ionic development - UI/UX design - Growth marketing - Content and community - Product testing and user feedback We are especially interested in people who care about productivity, behavioral design, focus, app blocking, habit loops, and building products that feel fun instead of boring. CogniFocus is a small bootstrapped product, so the best fit is someone who likes ownership, fast iteration, clear communication, and early-stage startup energy. You should be comfortable working async, testing ideas quickly, and improving the product based on real user feedback.
