We are a small startup based in Berlin, driven by a shared passion for sustainable change and the power of data. Codio Impact's founders, Sonja and Tilman, combine legal, financial, and early-stage venture experience and expertise. They met while working at a VC (APX) and jointly coached and consulted 80+ founding teams of young companies, experiencing the ups and downs of founding a startup. The decision to start Codio Impact was made during the long lockdown months of early 2021. We really value team culture and believe that a happy and connected team works best towards achieving great results.
