Codeshare careers

Codeshare enables realtime code-collaboration and communication. Developers often need to share code for technical interviews, pair-programming, troubleshooting issues, and teaching. Codeshare for collaboration is free, and our first pay product is for conducting interviews.

Codeshare for Interviews

Codeshare enables companies to conduct in-depth technical interviews remotely. Phone screens for technical hires is inefficient, as it is hard to gauge technical chops over the phone. As a result, tech companies often go through hundreds of interviews to hire a few candidates.

With Codeshare, companies can create a shared, realtime code-editor with video chat and share it with their candidate. They can talk face-to-face with their candidate, load previous interview questions into the editor, and take private notes on the candidates performance. The interview candidate can prove their technical aptitude by coding answers from the comfort of their home.
