• Serve as the primary administrative support to the executive team, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• First line of response to any customer issues: Customer issues could stem from misuse of the software, errors in the deployment, or bugs in the underlying software. Support engineers are required to use their AI and CS knowledge to root cause, reproduce, and respond to any type of issue. Support engineers will help define processes and build automations to streamline our support function.

• Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow a developer community around Codeium, both online and offline.
• Event Management: Plan and host events (e.g., meetups, hackathons, workshops) to increase awareness, educate developers, and drive sign-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant materials (decks, demos, etc.).

• User engagement: Engaging with our large Discord community and other social media platforms (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, etc) to drive brand awareness, brand loyalty, and knowledge of product development. Coordinating and executing on live events.

• Voice of the Customer: Build a healthy community and pipeline of feedback for product iteration.
• Persona understanding: Interacting with our users to understand who they are, what they care about, and what messaging/channels resonate with them.

• How do we develop a code generation and editing system capable of solving many everyday developer tasks?
• What's the next big interface after autocomplete and chat for interacting with AI?

• Develop custom LLM serving systems and corresponding datacenter infrastructure to deliver high model quality at very low latency and cost.
• Improve our LLM training software both in terms of model architecture changes that improve model quality or increase iteration speed and reliability.

• Propose and build AI-powered experiences for millions of developers, including professional software engineers for Fortune 500.
• Interface with complex, AI-powered systems, such as context retrieval and code generation, with emphasis on delivering efficient, scalable code.

• How do we educate and onboard hundreds of large Enterprise customers?
• How can we answer our customer's biggest questions?

• Train and fine-tune large language models
• Navigate high levels of uncertainty and prioritize high-value ML experiments to maximize product impact
