Jobs at CO2ign

At SnekTech, we believe that having a solution to a problem doesn't mean it's the right solution, or even the right problem to work on. We focus on finding the right combination of big problems and elegant solutions to maximize the impact of our work. Our first product, CO2ign Art, is a new way for fans to purchase unique digital art while also funding carbon-reduction efforts. It's an environmentally-friendly alternative to NFTs for artists who don't need the immutable ledger guarantees of blockchain. CO2ign Art entirely avoids the materials and shipping cost of print sales and the energy cost of NFT sales. In addition, 50% of the list price of CO2ign Art goes to voluntary carbon credits from projects certified by leading environmental standards organizations. On the technical side, we have a marketplace website supported by an AWS serverless backend handling image processing and carbon credit management. We operate remotely, though we do have an in-person office in Seattle, and offer WeWork all-access memberships for all employees.
