It offers a range of modular automation frameworks with open source and propritary tools for traders to further develop and improve features. We help traders to selectively automate news reading, simplify complex data handling and improve trading analytic experience systematically regardless of asset classes. We make bridges the coding and non-coding worlds of traders together. Your Team and Challenges Currently, the tech team is developing the core features of the platform. You will be managing a remote tech team of 3 full time staff with expectations in your technical skills as well as management skills. The management skills in need would be breaking down scope into work breakdown structure create an implementation plan understand the team's ability assign work according to team's ability propose and meet the deadline Since the domain is in financal trading, you are expected to be sensitive to data, you must be expert in data handling throughout the stack.
