Culture overview

We put people first at Cloud Campaign; outside of normal company events, we plan monthly team outings and have a monthly fitness challenge. In the past, we've done trivia nights, cooking classes, game nights, and more! On the weekends, you can find campaigners snowboarding together at Eldora or hiking the gorge in Portland. We have two offices in Boulder and Portland; we encourage folks to travel between the offices for a change of scenery.

Cloud certification day

We sponsor a certification day every year where you have the opportunity to take a course to level-up your career. The following weeks are filled with Lunch-n-Learns where you teach the rest of the team what you learned.

Bi-annual company events

In the Summer, we have Cloud Camping - a company retreat in the woods. In the Winter, we have our annual Holiday party. Our 2020 Summer retreats were on the Oregon Coast and at Devil's Thumb Ranch in Colorado.

Volunteer day

We volunteer in the local community every Summer. Having a positive impact on the broader community is one of our core values.
