Culture and benefits at Clockk

Clockk is filled with creative thinkers. We're easy to talk to. We support each other. We take responsibility for our actions. We try to make ourselves and each other better. Clockk is a partially-remote team: management is in Halifax NS, but workers can be anywhere in the world. Everyone is encouraged to travel, and everyone (including management) is free to work remote for a time. On a pow day we're encouraged to go to the hill. On the first beautiful day of summer we shouldn't be sitting in an office. When something needs doing, we step up and do it rather than point fingers. We strive to have a clear hierarchy that feels flat. Everyone at Clockk is encouraged to talk to everyone else.
