Customer Delivery Associate

Clipbook is looking for a results-driven Customer Delivery Associate to join our founding team. This role will focus on bringing best-in-class customer experience to Clipbook’s customers across the political, government, nonprofit, and advocacy ecosystem. This includes a range of responsibilities and areas of ownership, including generating Clipbook daily reports for clients, managing relationships with key accounts, and ensuring a strong experience for Clipbook’s customers.

About Clipbook: We are a venture-backed startup democratizing media monitoring, aggregation, and analysis services through a robust and easy-to-use platform. We’re expanding across the U.S. and globally, providing our monitoring tools to candidates, causes, government, non-profits, and public figures. Since our launch this year, Clipbook has provided political intelligence and monitoring support to dozens of top campaigns, non-profits, PACs, and firms, including: Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Governor John Bel Edwards, Rep. Mary Peltola, Rep. Melanie Stansbury, Lake Research Partners, Senator Michael Bennet, the South Carolina Democratic Party, and others.

Roles and responsibilities:

Support day-to-day customer delivery and media report generation for key Clipbook clients, including:
Client onboarding into Clipbook proprietary AI-powered technology systems and dashboards
Quality control and review of client reports to better refine the insights, analysis, and political intelligence that fuels our clients’ day to day work
Engaging clients on feedback and updates to their reports to better meet their objectives
Special project support for customer delivery, including improving systems for customer engagement and feedback
Other duties as assigned

Strong familiarity and passion for media, political campaigns, government offices, firms, and advocacy orgs
Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Some familiarity with the communications, media, or PR space

Hours & working model: Open to both part-time and full-time; flexible hours / remote, with some travel for key industry conferences and events. Work-life balance and sustainability is important to us (ask us more!)

Compensation: $20 USD / hour (20 hours / week)
