ClinicNote is building a better electronic medical record for therapists. Our platform collects data in a way that it can be aggregated into the progress reports therapists are required to write when requesting continued treatment for their patients from insurance companies. In addition we work with insurance companies to understand how they would like to see the progress reports laid out and how the data stored in our system can be used in their automated approval systems. Streamlining the review process for both the therapists and the insurance companies is our goal.
