Hi, my name is Tye Howatt, I currently work at a $100M coaching and advertising agency. I have worked up to creative / marketing manager and have complete access to 350+ active fitness ad accounts & B2B ad accounts and marketing knowledge and resources from the best in the industry. I see the bottle necks and chaos inside this space. Agencies hire white label agencies to run advertising, though can be un-organized, none-innovative, slow to move and not much space for collaboration. Working with a white label agency you have very limited creative freedom or R&D Capabilities. For example, we need to crack a new offer for big box gyms. This is nearly impossible for a WL agency to conduct and carry out. Why? They are disorganized and lack industry-specific expertise. Most of them don't even maintain records of winning and losing ads or leverage data and trends to improve performance, let alone carry out full-scale tests across accounts. Even worse, agencies are scattered. They have funnels, ads, copies, headlines, hooks, campaign configurations, nurture sequences spread across platforms and buried. Failing to identify the best strategies, understand their success factors, or make meaningful progress in their campaigns. Lastly, the human marketing team on the agency who additionally looks after accounts and tracks metrics. These guys spend hours going into each account, filtering by today, 3 day and 5 day views to know if an account is in KPI or not... incredibly inefficient.
