Culture and benefits at CLI Studios

We are a collaboration between world-class performing artists (e.g. multi-season stars from SYTYCD), technologists, startup operators, and more. We believe business and art are not mutually exclusive. In fact, it is the melding of these two worlds that have made us the bold, creative force we are today. In the same sentence, you’ll hear us talking about dance techniques, studio production, and conversion rates. At CLI Studios, our culture is one that is ever-evolving, learning, and growing. We are a group of passionate creatives who are motivated to leave a mark on the world. We are inclusive and diverse, working with an effort to be a company that walks the walk it talks. From monthly gatherings to watch and discuss a topic around DEI to fun team-bonding challenges and happy hours, we enjoy spending time together! We know relationship proceeds a collaborative team, so we are hard at work to make relationships strong even while hybrid. To that point, we are a distributed and hybrid workplace. We now have team members scattered across the US and currently have a flexible in-office policy for those located in the Los Angeles area as we continue to monitor COVID-19 and the Delta variant.
