We are an entirely student-based team that has worked together through multiple iterations of development and marketing strategies despite our own busy academic schedules to produce an application across mobile and tablet platforms that has a distinct visual appeal and brand identity. Whilst we are accomodating for each others' schedules, we are all equally driven and passionate about our company and its potential and thus set deadlines and all have our own responsibilities. Having parted ways with our previous developer, we are now looking to find another dedicated team member to get involved with team discussions and lead the development of the app as we expand our feature set and the amount of platforms we can reach using Flutter and Dart. As students, we have reasonable expectations but can be very lenient for any circumstances that may arise, having dealt with several pivots and important company decisions with diligence and rationale. From our successful beta launch, we are now looking to improve certain parts of the app to convert it into a top digital resource for students, working with students across all ages, as well as teachers and parents, to deliver the most intuitive and necessary experience for our consumers. We hold several team meetings each week, including specific marketing-based and developer-based calls, as well as our primary weekly team call every Saturday over Discord, which we limit to one hour to ensure maximum productivity from these sessions. We are also unafraid during these discussions to try different techniques and approaches to help enhance the originality of our concept and innovate even further to surpass our competition in a rather competitive digital space.
