CitySpade.com provides users with 30,000 listings from all five boroughs of NYC while filtering out open listings that require unnecessary fees. On top of the basic apartment profiles and descriptions provided, CitySpade also gives users a space to review specific apartments or neighborhoods they have lived in, which then builds a database of holistic views for available apartments. CitySpade's target users are college students and young professionals who do not have adequate time to spend on apartment hunting, but are also the ones who need the most precise information.
