What does this mean?
We handle the “grunt work” that’s needed to find a hot lead, meaning that our agents do not spend 80% of their time posting ads and scheduling with clients (which is the case at your average agency). Our agents are expected to out-earn the competition by spending nearly all of their time with clients- our team takes care of the rest- finding you leads and scheduling your showings.
