Ciitizen is an Andreessen-Horowitz backed start-up led by a group of entrepreneurs and healthcare leaders, founded by serial entrepreneur and the ex-Head of Health at Apple, Anil Sethi, with a mission to put patients at the center of their care, enabling better patient outcomes and providing unprecedented data insights to advance care across the ecosystem.

Ciitizen's mission is empower patients with complete control of their health data. Our data belongs to us yet resides in silo'ed health systems that we don't control. Ciitizen brings data ownership and control back to the patient so that we can collect and manage our data no matter where it resides and share it with whomever we please...seamlessly.
