Founded in 2000, Agnel Entrepreneurship Development Institute the predecessor of Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration (CIBA) is the foremost organisation with a mission solely centred on entrepreneurship in Goa and has played an integral role in catalysing the entrepreneurial movement along with other stakeholders. In addition to supporting 3500+ entrepreneurs, we have successfully elevated Goa’s reputation as a destination for techno-entrepreneurship and innovation. We have now launched our Vashi centre to continue this journey of building enterprises and promoting entrepreneurship in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and Maharashtra.
CIBA is a technology business incubator established with support from Department of Science and Technology, Government of India

The centre is registered as a not for profit company with a mission to identify and support innovative startup companies and to promote techno-entrepreneurship.
