ChromaWay developed the first in the world's consortium database postchain - combining relational databases and blockchains, in today blockchain platforms - you can't really do indexing, querying and other database features very well - it's very complex, databases inherently - don't have blockchain features like ledger and data integrity, immutability etc. It's very hard to integrate a blockchain to legacy systems - enterprises and banks have to spend months to train developers on different platforms and hire expensive blockchain engineers - with postchain all of that is gone - you can use your own SQL engineer to build blockchain applications and now for the first time you can take a pilot and push it to production without changing almost anything in your current legacy systems - think about relational databases with a consensus on top. On top of that we have our private smart contracts which are client side validation and can record an entire business process on the blockchain.
