Jobs at Chromatick Design

At Chromatick Design we design everything except for social media. For us design is not just a creative process, but a solution for problems faced by brands and individuals. We're a small team and every one is given good amount of responsibility and accountability. With us, even an intern would work on the same projects with the same level of involvement as the founder herself. Creativity is subjective but at the same time, we believe in understanding what the brand requires. It's not just about making things look pretty. We also insist on constant learning an updating oneself with new softwares, trends and ideas. In fact, we welcome new ideas and suggestions with an absolutely open mind. Our founder strongly believes in work-personal life balance. With her way or organising tasks and work, we mostly end up putting in reasonable hours of work and rarely work on weekends. Your personal life is respected in return for respect for work.
