Vastly improved mammalian cells for therapeutic protein manufacturing
CHO Plus has developed patent pending technology to genetically engineer mammalian cells for manufacturing therapeutic proteins. Our engineered cells are capable of up to 4.5-fold more productivity than cells now used by pharmaceutical companies. This unprecedented increase in productivity will dramatically lower the costs associated with therapeutic protein manufacturing. CHO Plus will create manufacturing cell lines for pharmaceutical companies and charge license fees and royalties on product sales.

CHO Plus will receive DNA from a pharmaceutical customer, then insert that DNA into proprietary CHO Plus engineered cells. High-producing CHO Plus cells will be delivered back to the pharmaceutical customer for use in manufacturing their therapeutic protein product.
