Cherish has followed a Bottom-Up approach of improving the activities/experience market. This is one of our major USPs. Instead of going all out in a very diverse market with many different verticals, we picked a small problem of trying to help couples find romantic activities / things to do in the city. This approach gave us good insights into the industry while at the same time it helped us keep our limited resources together focused on one product at a time. This makes us very proficient at problem identification and solving while giving us more clearer view of the industry all together as we work our way up the ladder.
