ChatCoach.io is an online AI-powered conversation simulation platform for training employees and consumers in a variety of fields, including customer service, job interviews, negotiations, and VIP outreach. On top of its AI-powered human-like chat agents, ChatCoach also features a unique AI emotion-detection system.

The service is currently in a functional state. The payment processor and the AI models are in working order, the website is capable of onboarding users, and the service has a very low running expense at this time (<$100/month).

The challenges we face are primarily marketing and outreach related. Although consumer interest has been demonstrated, our only means of customer acquisition at this time is via Google Search and listings on 3rd party platforms. Another problem that we face is the lack of a means to do B2B marketing and outreach, which we believe could be the key to the product's success. Finally the service will require enough premium users for us to be capable of funding further development.
