Chambiar Fellowship Program – Summer 2026 Location: Remote Compensation: Unpaid Time Commitment: 10–15 hours/week Duration: 12 weeks Work is broken. Too many tools, too much switching, not enough clarity. Chambiar is a coordination layer that sits on top of enterprise tools, turning fragmented work into one system. You operate through one AI interface while everything else runs in the background. This fellowship is not observational. You will work directly with the founding team on real initiatives across marketing, growth, partnerships, and product positioning. Your work will ship and contribute to our early launch. You may support content creation, test growth strategies, conduct market research, assist with outreach, and help refine messaging and onboarding. No busy work. If it doesn’t move the company forward, we don’t assign it. You will learn how startups actually operate, how to build and test ideas quickly, and how AI is reshaping workflows. You’ll leave with real experience and a portfolio of work. We’re looking for students who are curious, proactive, clear communicators, and interested in startups, AI, and the future of work.
