I've developed a simplified, fast-paced, yet highly-effective coaching process that can be taught easily to almost everyone. My vision is to help millions of people achieve their dreams and goals by helping each other learn, grow, and become their best selves. While anyone else can copy the social coaching concept, it is my exclusive coaching-process that allows virtually anyone to coach almost any skills to virtually anyone else. As a result, this process is 100% horizontally and vertically scalable, as compared to current self-improvement methods that are only horizontally scalable. Sites like Udemy and Coursera also have verticle scalability, but that scalability is extremely slow and cumbersome. My coaching process also employs the same principles used in machine learning for artificial intelligence. That is, my coaching process will improve itself the more it is used. It will eventually exceed today's best coaching practices, and even new coaches will be more effective than today's most experienced coaches. Combine all this with a business plan that supports start-up, growth, scalability, and expansion to B2B markets.
