Certyneo helps small and mid-sized businesses sign, seal, and archive documents with legally-binding electronic signatures (eIDAS Qualified and Advanced Electronic Signatures) and long-term compliant storage. We built Certyneo because most e-signature tools were designed for large enterprises, leaving SMBs with either unreliable free tools or overpriced enterprise contracts. Our platform is EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant by design, and covers the full document lifecycle: signing, sealing, secure archiving, and contract generation.
