• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. ● Develop performance marketing strategies based on business goals and target audiences. ● Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. ● Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. ● Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI/ROAS. ● Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies. ● Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. ● Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights. ● Coordinate with the content, creative, and social media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns. ● Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs. ● Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.
