We built and operate a proptech platform that assists real estate investors, owners, and managers attain Fitwel certification for their properties. Using the portal, project teams register and pay for their projects, respond to Fitwel strategies, advance through a project review and discussion period, and then if successful receive a Fitwel stamp of approval. Users also have access to performance data for the aggregate projects that are registered on the platform.
