CENTA is trying to solve a very fundamental problem- improving the quality of education. We at CENTA believe education will improve if educators are incentivized to improve. CENTA offers them the opportunity to objectively assess their competencies and work upon their weaknesses while it provides rewards and recognition for higher performers in the form of awards, press coverage, better career prospects, etc. Though we are a 6 year old company, we are a relatively small tightly knit, highly motivated team.
