• Manage assigned product lines throughout their lifecycle, from market assessment and product planning through commercialization, growth, and eventual phase-out.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer requirements, and market opportunities.

• Analyzes project specifications and performance requirements to determine the appropriate equipment design.
• Provides engineering and technical support to the Project Management team on Original Equipment projects.

• Own the overall quality and integrity of ERP solution designs across assigned projects and initiatives.
• Provide architecture guidance to ERP Functional Leads, technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

• Establishes scope and detailed requirements for the project, including facilitating requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders, documenting the requirements, and managing the requirements through the life of the project.
• Identifies and manages issues, risks and changes.

• Analyzes project specifications and performance requirements to determine the appropriate equipment design.
• Provides engineering and technical support to the Project Management team on Original Equipment projects.

• Successfully performs sales to customers & deploys our strategy, understanding customer needs to create proposals to customers.
• Successfully perform the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and positioning of Thermal Emission Control Solutions products and services.

• Develop a strong business and financial management partnership with the platform leader and leadership team, platform finance peers, and global accounting services and shared services teams.
• Drive robust financial planning, forecast and execution.

• Perform equipment selection and design of instrumentation and control packages
