Lead client engagements
Provide thought leadership around scalable next-generation cloud architecture experience and operational guidance to clients
Lead cross-functional implementation teams to deliver world-class solutions to clients
Own the implementation of stories and other engineering of advanced cloud work for clients
Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in multiple frameworks and can break apart projects into independent components at an appropriate level, taking into account different aspects of a stack and know how to build stability and security into them.
Help clients get work done smarter with automation and code
Lead a team to navigate complex bureaucratic relationships to bring all stakeholders together around a common product vision and strategy
Lead re-platforming and refactoring efforts for existing systems
Lead Client discovery and the creation of a prioritized backlog for continuous improvement initiatives

• Build AI-native self-service using Amazon Connect AI agents, Amazon Q in Connect, and Amazon Bedrock (Claude model family), implementing multi-agent orchestration patterns, orchestrator agents delegating to task-specific agents with escalation paths to human queues
• Engineer prompts and tool-calling integrations at production scale: SearchProfiles lookups, cas...

• Review or conduct regular security and vulnerability assessments leveraging automated and non-automated methods on cloud-based and mobile workloads.
• Periodically monitor/audit implementations and ensure they are functioning properly.

• Manage a team of 5-8 direct reports including software engineers and architects.
• Perform people-leadership tasks including regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, performance management discussions, and career growth conversations to support the development and improvement of your direct reports.
