Cash Margin Partners is a tech-enabled liquidity firm built to instantly turn those stranded assets into working capital. We operate at the intersection of B2B SaaS and high-velocity brokerage. Our proprietary software, RDE Prime, ingests point-of-sale data to autonomously identify aging inventory, calculate a recovery floor, and package the data into standardized manifests. But we don't just sell an analytics dashboard that points out the problem—we provide the exact financial clearing mechanism to solve it.

CMP is a true "System of Action." The moment our software identifies trapped cash, our internal Liquidity Desk instantly brokers the sale of those physical assets to a vetted, nationwide network of bulk buyers, discount retailers, and liquidators, wiring the recovered funds directly to the boutique owner. We are building the foundational infrastructure to bring Wall Street-level liquidity to Main Street retail. We are looking for Tier-1, zero-to-one builders.
