Our young and dynamic team collaborates closely with our guest chefs to ensure that no matter who’s cooking, the Carousel personality is always at the heart of the experience. That means carefully selected wines, creative cocktails and impeccable service. We also take the reins at lunchtime, serving up a regularly changing menu of seasonal small plates that showcases the finest produce these isles have to offer.
