What is Caroami?
Caroami, is an application to aid in resolving interpersonal conflict within an organization, using Crowdsourcing and AI, and a web/mobile interface. It features a mobile app available to Colleges and Universities for their private use in student dorms.


Residence Halls are increasingly in need of finding effective means to deal with interpersonal conflict situations and de-escalating potential violence, bullying, and misunderstandings that pose both legal, risk management, and PR nightmares.


Today's students tend to be more self-reliant and prefer to take things into their own hands to solve interpersonal conflicts in the resident halls but lack the necessary skills to communicate effectively "face to face".


Caroami features a phone app with guided dispute resolution built into it and a back-end application that can be tailored to the needs of the client to track aggregated incident reporting information and analytics.
