CARLISLE LIVING, LLC is a community based residential program committed to providing care, with a primary diagnosis of Intellectual Disabilities and secondary diagnosis of Mental Illness. The Expected benefit to the individual includes the establishment of realistic goals with improvement in overall psychiatric functioning and social skills with the intent of the individual becoming a more productive assistance with his/her ability to function in life skills to enable the individual to help with his/her treatment.

Carlisle Living, LLC’s intent is to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by intellectual disabilities and a dual diagnosis of psychiatric disability by ensuring access to clinically sound therapeutic interventions that improve adaptive functioning and quality of life.
