From the beginning, we have taken a software-first approach to tackle challenges that blue-collar workers face when selecting job training programs based on our own experience.

This is how our product works.

The user journey begins by exploring career paths.

Then, our app matches them to different job training programs.

After that, they begin applying and get tactical advice from people in our community to get accepted.

Once they get accepted, then they join a group in our community called a “squad” that helps them complete the training program.

Finally, they connect to other students and alumni to get introductions to companies in order to get a job.
