Started by USC alumni, the Career Coaching Company (CCC) was launched in direct response to the negative impact the COVID-19 pandemic had on the internship and job market. CCC offers 1:1 tailored coaching from recent grads who work at top companies across multiple industries. We have 15 people on our team and are looking to expand quickly.

CCC has industry-specific coaches who work at top companies such as The Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Accenture, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Centerview Partners, Amazon, Microsoft, Disney, and more. Since our founding, our clients have landed offers at top consulting, investment banking, accounting, and tech firms.
