We see your house as a ship that carries you into the future. We build above the projected flood levels for the next 100 years. We design in the highest wind zone in the country, where hurricanes are increasingly frequent, and we build with the longest-lasting materials available. Longer lifetimes means less waste, more preservation of value, and less disruption in the future.

We design ultra-efficient LEED certified homes with large solar arrays, to combat global warming. Our design goal, over time, is full energy independence, meaning that over its lifetime the home will produce as much power as it uses, including the energy that went into building it.

We build with indoor air quality as a priority. We design homes with no cavities, no ducts, and no drywall, so reservoirs for dust, mold, and pest infestations are eliminated. Our design goal, over time, goes a step further to active monitoring of air purity and automatic warning and mitigation if a problem is detected.
