The Capital Factory Fund comes from Austin's most prominent entrepreneurs and investors and only invests in Austin-based tech startups. Investors from around the world are participating who want to dip their toe in the booming Austin market and identify future individual investments. If you are bullish on Austin, then you want to be in this fund.

In addition to the equity received for our cash investment, The Fund receives additional equity from the startups accepted into our Incubator (usually 2%). This equity has no cost basis.

Our Partners are founders of companies such as Barracuda Networks, Bazaarvoice, Contacts.com, HomeAway, Indeed.com, Tivoli, Trilogy, Truecar and WP Engine. Each investment we make must first convince two mentors to invest personally and commit to one year of mentoring.
