The Problem: multifamily (apartment) properties are one of the largest asset classes in the US but asset managers use decades-old technology looking backwards at old data to understand how their portfolio is performing and why. Our solution: A first-to-market set of predictive analytics and collaboration tools to help property operations teams identify their most pressing problems and solve them. We are a well-rounded trio of founders who have the skills and instincts to build technology that the most tech-handicapped users love, and to get customers excited when they see our sales demo. We want to build a strong culture of intellectual curiosity and collaboration, while taking on the incredible challenge of a big market like ours.
