We've eliminated the resume and cover video and focused on what truly matters: the candidates themselves. Who they are, why they are a fit for the company. For recruiters, we've improved the evaluation process by decreasing unqualified candidates and the time spent evaluating the good ones. Candidates have full transparency for every application they submit, and are not required to recreate applications per job.
