Cancer Study Group careers

A health benefits leader at a large company may be managing healthcare for hundreds – if not thousands – of new cancer patients every year. These benefits leaders, and their companies, are in a unique position to help their cancer patients. They control the health insurance plan; can set up support services for their people; and can improve the day-to-day experience of their cancer patients while at work. The question for these benefits leaders is – what should we do to help our cancer patients?

Through deep research (interviews with cancer patients; deep listening with oncology experts; etc.), we study the most important challenges cancer patients face, and write research reports and presentations on the smartest strategies for helping people through cancer.

We study topics such as - catching cancers early, getting patients to the right experts, and narrowing racial disparities in cancer care, and deliver this research to benefits leaders.
