1) Subscription Models - Property owners pay a flat fee to list their property. They pay no additional fees or
commissions other than for payment processing.
2) Commission Model - Property owners pay nothing up front for their listing but pay commissions for each night that is
booked through our site. Property owners can increase exposure by purchasing listing upgrades.
