• Team Leadership & Development

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for data and analytics that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and strategy, leveraging data to optimize decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and maximize impact.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, providing regular feedback and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Own project management and prioritization for all business analytics work, including analyst and AI-enabled analytics projects, and oversee review and QA to ensure data products meet high standards for quality/accuracy, user-centricity, and action-oriented data storytelling.
Support the Director of Analytics Engineering and foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the Data Strategy & Analytics team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Understands grade-level blueprints and how they translate into an item pool development plan

• Reporting & Dashboard Development

Build, maintain, and continuously improve Tableau dashboards and reports that give Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales executives clear visibility into pipeline, bookings, renewals, product usage, campaign performance, and other key business metrics.
Develop and maintain meaningful, well-defined KPIs, ensuring metrics are consistent across reports and aligned with agreed-upon business definitions.
Deliver recurring business performance reporting and forecasting that executives can rely on for planning and operational conclusions.

• Integrate data from multiple data sets, examine and interpret complex data sets and make findings relevant and actionable for both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in setting up, deploying, configuring, and monitoring multiple systems

• Understand the strategic business goals for the product as owned and articulated by the business Product Managers
• Work with customer-facing internal teams to understand desired product feature additions and updates

• Play a lead role in preparing the company’s annual operating budget, monthly forecasts, quarterly re-forecasts, and related financial packages.
