• Play a lead role in preparing the company’s annual operating budget, monthly forecasts, quarterly re-forecasts, and related financial packages.
• Coordinate planning timelines, inputs, assumptions, and deliverables across finance and business partners to ensure the timely completion of budgeting and forecasting cycles.

• Uses state item specifications to write effective items for multiple projects, including, but not limited to, ELP assessments. ​
• Works under the direction of an overall project content lead to oversee item pool development for a state or consortia of states.

Act as a change agent to implement and manage processes and projects across the IT organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal clients, by collaborating with senior executives to devise and implement strategies.

• Performs financial analysis, reviews budget vs. actuals reports, and revises project forecasts
• Performs monthly project reviews with project management to ensure consistent and accurate project data, identification of potential contract issues, additional contract scope, etc.
