About CallMerlin CallMerlin is a live B2B AI coworker for companies that already run on CRM, Slack/Teams, email, calendar and accounting. Teams get voice and chat access to those systems, with PIN permissions and human approval before important writes. EU-hosted. The product ships. The focus now is distribution: close customers, scale the MSP partner channel, and build a repeatable revenue engine. Initial market focus • MSPs and IT partners who resell/implement into their SMB base • Direct B2B deals (CRM-heavy teams: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) • Primary: Western Europe (NL/ES first; DE/FR next) The role (Sales & GTM / Founding AE) You own commercial from day one: • Pipeline: outbound, discovery, demos (with me), close • Build MSP partner channel + direct deals • Pricing, packaging, CRM/funnel, repeatable GTM • Turn early traction into a scalable revenue model This is not a junior SDR role and not “explore ideas together”. You join CallMerlin as commercial co-owner. You are • Hands-on closer (B2B SaaS: CRM, MSP, or enterprise) • Comfortable owning pipeline end-to-end • Long-term oriented: build, not job-hop • English required; Dutch, Spanish, German or French a plus Equity & structure • 30–60 day work trial on real MSP + deals first • Then co-founder equity 20–30%, 4-year vesting / 1-year cliff • Cash commission from day 1 (also during trial) • No base salary initially To apply • One B2B SaaS (or MSP/partner) deal you closed end-to-end, with rough size and your role • Your first 90 days plan for CallMerlin GTM (MSP + direct) • Confirm you can start a 30–60 day work trial before equity papers
