• Design and run our PKI on GCP: offline root, HSM-backed issuing CAs in Certificate Authority Service, certificate profiles, and key ceremonies.
• Define device identity: unique keys in a secure element or TPM, factory provisioning, field enrollment (for example EST), rotation, revocation, and a tested plan for CA key compromise.

• Design & Build AI Agents: Develop and deploy agents capable of perception, reasoning, and autonomous action.
• Integration: Integrate agents with existing external systems using REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

• Own escalated technical issues and provide direct support to customers on complex problems across Calix Cloud, EXOS, and Managed Services.
• Identify product bugs and partner with Development to resolve Customer Encountered Product Defects.

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers, and technical account leaders supporting MSO and strategic telecommunications customers.
• Partner with Sales leadership to shape account strategies, opportunity plans, executive engagement, and revenue-growth priorities.

• Build and advance a qualified pipeline of MSP opportunities, with particular attention to providers serving or expanding into hospitality and other managed-property verticals.
• Lead deep discovery across MSP business models, target industries, technology stacks, operational workflows, partner ecosystems, commercial requirements, and growth objectives.

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Cost Accounting organization.
• Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of cost accounting processes, systems, controls, and reporting capabilities.

• Lead Cloud SaaS and SmartLife solution strategic sales efforts within our Regional accounts segment. Assist with account planning, complex account management and sales processes.
• Interpret customer requirements using astute discovery conversations to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs.
