CabStartup hires, trains, and nurtures human resources in seven teams including Development, SQA, Testing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Human Resource Management (HRM). The selection criteria purely bases on candidate's skillset, passion toward adopting innovations, and experience with addressing diverse challenges. The HRM promotes diversity in teams with individuals from varying ethnicity, age-groups, and religions. Besides hiring experienced individuals having sufficient exposure working on wide-ranging technologies, Human Resource team strives to seek young tech enthusiasts with outstanding passion for innovation. We invest in each employee by providing world-class training and hands-on access to advanced technologies. The Development and Testing teams follow Agile Methodology that allows coding, module integration, and testing in parallel using predefined iterative sprints. Both teams hold meetings every morning to review progress on sprints and eliminate blockers. Marketing team collaborates with Customer Relationship team as well as Development to build effective collateral. The aim of raising a dedicated CRM team is to ensure quick assistance to every client. Open office environment at CabStartup promotes learning and encourages implementation of innovative practices. There is no or little buffer between leaders, senior team members, and relatively inexperienced people. Every individual can seek assistance from peer or senior, and render a hand to subordinates. CabStartup leadership values the suggestion from every employee regardless of one's position.
