• Cloud Security Architecture: Design and implement robust security architectures for cloud environments, incorporating cloud security posture management, vulnerability management, network detection and response, and other security capabilities aligned with best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Partners with engineering, product, and operations teams to validate defects, severity, and customer/technician/agent impact

• Partner directly with the EVP, Finance to shape, prioritize, and advance key finance planning projects and enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Translate strategic goals into integrated roadmaps, decision frameworks, milestones, and governance mechanisms that support high-quality execution.

• Responsible for FP&A for Optimum’s B2B division, actively partnering with senior leaders and business planning teams to set, monitor, and deliver on operating performance.
• Lead all aspects of developing and executing B2B strategy, budgets, forecasts and long-range plans with particular emphasis on revenue growth and profitability, subscriber growth and metrics, sales channel execution, marketing plans, new customer and base offer management, large deal evaluation, and product growth and development.

• Partner directly with the EVP, Finance to shape, prioritize, and advance key finance planning projects and enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Translate strategic goals into integrated roadmaps, decision frameworks, milestones, and governance mechanisms that support high-quality execution.

• Monitor and triage threat intelligence feeds, alerts, and advisories from internal and external sources.
• Assist in the analysis and validation of indicators of compromise (IOCs) such as IPs, domains, hashes, and URLs.

• Own the architecture and design of the enterprise customer identity platform, including authentication policy frameworks, authorization models, and identity lifecycle standards
• Define and enforce integration standards across identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM), ensuring consistency and scalability across all applications

• Hybrid Platform Standardization: Audit, harden, and standardize Unix (Solaris/AIX) and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) environments across both GCP Compute Engine and physical bare-metal servers.
• Storage Engineering (Specialization): Architect and manage enterprise-grade SAN/NAS environments alongside GCP Cloud Storage/Persistent Disk. Optimize for low latency and high IOPS while ensuring all data-at-rest complies with our Annual Encryption Strategy.

• Serve as SME for Cresta, Salesforce, and related sales support platforms, ensuring frontline teams understand and effectively use these tools.
• Provide daily support, coaching, and guidance to sales agents, supervisors, and managers on tool functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
