Buzz is a platform for talented individuals to earn a slice of recruiting placement by acting as technical interviewers. It works by automatically matching job seekers with a so-called "Buzz Heros" based on the type of work experience, industry, and location (Machine Learning). Once matched, a Buzz Hero develops personalized understanding of the candidate, screens and recommends (or not) her to an open position. Buzz Hero gets paid on the spot up to $150 for each interview taken.

And because (unlike regular recruiters) Buzz Heros are the experts in their daily jobs, our matching process results in almost 77% placement rate. Our new revenue model has moved away from dependence on success fees and into monthly service packages for interviews, which often include live line by line technical coding screens.
