Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team, help us drive awareness and adoption of Bunnyshell’s Environment-as-a-Service platform. You will partner with your assigned AEs, own inbound and outbound qualification and nurturing of leads in our assigned territories to build pipeline.

The complexity of today’s software architecture, with cloud native services, security policies, datasets and more, makes managing environments a complex process that requires multiple DevOps engineers. We established Bunnyshell so that developers can focus on delivering code and so that organizations can ship faster without the need to hire dozens of DevOps engineers.

Bunnyshell is a high growth startup. As such we look for candidates that are self-starters, ready to roll up their sleeves.

What You'll Be Doing
Find and engage with CTOs, VPs of engineering and engineering leaders to create interest.
Create an outbound interest via phone, social and email, “A True Hunter”.
Achieve daily activity goals – outbound calls, decision maker contacts, etc.
Drafting segment specific emails with creative messaging to drive higher response rates and lead generation.
Researching accounts and contacts using business intelligence and social media tools to uncover and determine the right contacts.
Qualify and outreach to inbound leads who signed up.
Outreach to contact lists provided by the company.
Develop email templates and phone scripts .
Leverage creativity to find other ways of engaging with potential contacts to create interest.
The SDR may own a number of these opportunities and will have a chance to close them.
Represent Bunnyshell in conferences as an attendee.
Follow-up on free trial signups, webinars and leads from other marketing activities.

Qualifications
At least one year track record in the tech industry in lead generation, sales development or telemarketing role. Enjoys the role and have experienced the processes in at least one company.
Experience working for a startup. Thrives in a high pace, high volume environment with the ability to multitask.
Track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets and experience succeeding in a goal-driven environment.
Know how to prospect via LinkedIn and other social media and internal database tools.
Master messaging differences for various prospect personas, segments, buyers, and use cases.
Creative and effective writing skills.
Ability to work productively with limited supervision.
Curious. Self-starter.
